Sierra County Foreclosures
Located just Northeast of the greater Sacramento area, the Sierra County foreclosures market has a low volume of foreclosed properties. Given their proximity to many of the great offerings of Northern California, including the Sierra Nevada range and Lake Tahoe, Sierra County foreclosure properties offer a unique distance from a major metropolis and a developed suburban environment. In its largest city, Downieville foreclosures are few and far between given that the population is just a few thousand permanent residents. Since 2008, the Sierra County foreclosure market has not changed drastically and like many other California counties, there is a great chance that any change that will take place in 2010 will be an improvement. |
